任职资格

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Management, Insurance, or related field

-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, policy servicing, or the insurance industry preferred

-Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
- Able to speak & read in Mandarin / Cantonese

岗位职责

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations, task allocation, and team coordination

2. Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables

3. Review processes, resolve discrepancies, and recommend operational improvements

4. Monitor KPIs, turnaround times, backlog, and error rates, and implement corrective actions

5. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with ethical practices and company policies

6. Support cross-department collaboration and special projects as assigned
