Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe or other content creation tools.

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and online advertising is an advantage.

• Creative, proactive, responsible and able to work independently.

• Good communication skills and willing to learn.

Job Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

   • Manage and maintain company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

   • Plan and schedule regular social media posts to maintain online presence.

   • Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries when required.

2. Content Creation

   • Create engaging marketing content, including promotional posters, graphics, short videos and product demonstrations.

   • Develop creative content to promote the company's products, especially agricultural equipment and carbon-fiber technology.

   • Take photos and videos of company products, activities, exhibitions and events.

3. Digital Marketing Campaigns

   • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate potential leads.

   • Explore suitable digital marketing strategies to reach local and international customers.

   • Support product promotions, company announcements and marketing activities.

4. Website & Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Management

   • Update and maintain company website content, product information and promotional materials.

   • Perform basic SEO activities to improve website visibility on Google.

   • Research relevant keywords to improve online search performance.

5. Marketing Performance & Reporting

   • Monitor social media engagement, website traffic and campaign performance.

   • Prepare monthly marketing reports and suggest improvements.

   • Identify new digital marketing trends, tools and opportunities to improve marketing results.
