Responsibilities

Demand Generation

• Qualify inbound leads and follow up with prospects via email and calls to move them through the funnel.
• Support outbound outreach by researching targets, building prospect lists, and scheduling meetings.
• Track lead sources and update CRM to keep pipeline data accurate for the team.
• Help run small paid campaigns to test messaging and capture early interest.

Client Engagement & Sales

• Participate in client discovery calls and help prepare pitch materials that align with client goals.
• Manage proposal templates, pricing sheets, and follow-up communications to close initial deals.
• Coordinate with account leads to ensure smooth handover after sale and accurate briefings for creatives.
• Collect client feedback after campaigns to identify quick wins and areas for upsell.

Campaign Execution & Reporting

• Assist in executing social and email campaigns, including scheduling posts and monitoring ad performance.
• Compile campaign KPIs into clear reports and present findings to account leads.
• Use basic analytics to suggest optimizations and help prepare A/B test ideas.
• Work with creatives to ensure assets match campaign requirements and deadlines are met.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• 0 to 1 year of internships, campus projects, or part-time work in sales or marketing is acceptable.
• Comfortable working in a small agency environment with changing priorities and hands-on tasks.
• Available to work full-time in Malaysia and attend occasional client meetings.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of digital channels: social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar, and basic Google Analytics knowledge preferred.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for simple reporting and tracking.
• Experience with social scheduling tools or ad managers is a plus.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can explain ideas simply and listen to client needs.
• Organised and punctual, able to manage several small tasks at once.
