Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the overall Human Resources function and daily HR operations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and practices in line with company objectives and applicable employment laws.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act, JTK requirements and other relevant labour regulations.
  • Oversee staff discipline and employee relations matters, including misconduct, grievances, complaints, conflicts and other employee-related issues, and provide appropriate recommendations to management.
  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) including salary structure, allowances, benefits, payroll matters and salary reviews.
  • Manage statutory and employment-related matters including LHDN, PCB, KWSP, PERKESO, SIP and HRD Corp.
  • Plan and manage the organisation's manpower requirements, workforce planning and HR budget.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, promotion, transfer and termination.
  • Monitor HR matters including attendance, leave, employee records, turnover and manpower movement.
  • Provide HR advice and recommendations to management on employee and employment-related matters.
  • Liaise with JTK, LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, HRD Corp and other relevant authorities when required.
  • Prepare HR reports, analysis and updates for management review and decision-making.
  • Lead, supervise and develop the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law, JTK requirements and HR compliance.
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits, payroll, statutory matters and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, SIP and HRD Corp requirements.
  • Strong understanding of HR planning and manpower management.
  • Good leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage confidential information and handle multiple HR matters effectively.
  • Hands-on, proactive and able to advise management on HR-related matters.

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
