Key Responsibilities

Casting & Talent Coordination

  • Source and shortlist talents, content creators, actors, and models for client projects.
  • Reach out to talents to check availability, rates, and project details.
  • Coordinate casting, auditions, fittings, and shoot arrangements.
  • Maintain and update the talent database, profiles, and casting records.
  • Build and maintain relationships with talents and casting contacts.
  • Support casting requirements across multiple projects and clients.

Operations & Administration

  • Support general office administration, filing, and documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, pantry items, drinks, and operational purchases.
  • Assist with meeting arrangements, bookings, schedules, and internal coordination.
  • Prepare basic documents such as call sheets, consent forms, and production paperwork.
  • Coordinate logistics for shoots, meetings, and company activities.
  • Track operational tasks and follow up on outstanding items to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Media, Communications, Business, Events, Arts, or a related field.
  • Organised, responsible, and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable communicating with talents, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to follow up independently.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Interested in casting, talent management, media, or creative production.

What you'll gain

  • Hands-on experience in talent casting and coordination across client projects.
  • Exposure to production workflows, shoot logistics, and creative projects.
  • Practical experience in business operations and administrative management.
  • Opportunities to build communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Potential to progress into a casting-focused role within the company.
