At least High Secondary, STPM, A-Level, Certificate, Diploma, Degree in any field.

Minimum 2 years in sales experience and or have a good connection/knowledge or understanding of the motorcycle.

Proven branch management experience, as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or similar role

Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

Results-driven and customer-focused

Leadership and human resources management skills

Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximize branch sales profit and achieve peak performance levels.

Developing and implementing sales plans, the ideal candidate must be a sales number-oriented personnel.

Conducting regular sales and operations meetings

Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel

Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed

Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information

Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback

Resolving customer problems as needed

Handle customer service for online – Whatsapp, Phone calls, E-mails, Facebook; Develops and implements new customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
