About the role

Support Youvit Malaysia's online growth by producing content, managing social media presence, and coordinating partnerships/affiliate relationships that drive brand awareness and traffic to marketplace channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada).

Key responsibilities

• Create content (photo, short-form video, copy) for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and marketplace storefronts
• Manage day-to-day posting calendar and community engagement across social channels
• Identify, onboard, and coordinate with micro-influencers/KOLs and affiliates for content and livestream collaborations
• Support execution of promotional campaigns tied to marketplace calendar events
• Track basic content/social performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report weekly
• Coordinate with design/video freelancers or agencies where needed
• Assist with partnership admin (contracts, product seeding logistics, payment tracking for affiliates/KOLs)

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• This position is open for Malaysian citizens only
• 2 years experience; internship or freelance content/social media experience acceptable
• Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok content trends and native content style
• Basic content creation/editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
• Good written English and Bahasa Malaysia; able to write engaging captions
• Organized, able to manage multiple KOL/affiliate relationships simultaneously
• Bonus: prior FMCG, beauty, or health/wellness brand experience; experience with Shopee/TikTok Shop affiliate programs
