Handle indoor sales and attend to customers professionally.

Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.

Prepare invoices and quotations.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.

Maintain good relationships with customers and provide good customer service.

Assist with daily retail and sales operations.

Perform other duties assigned by the management.
