Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field (preferred).

• Previous working experience in a pharmacy or clinic is an added advantage.

• Good customer service and communication skills.

• Friendly, responsible, and proactive when assisting customers.

• Able to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

• Willing to work on shifts.

Working Hours

• 5 working days per week.

• Full-day shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Morning shift: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing medications and ensure customers receive efficient and professional service.

• Manage pharmacy inventory, including receiving new stock, checking product expiry dates, and arranging existing products.

• Ensure the pharmacy environment is always clean, neat, and well-organized.

• Provide quality customer service and assist in promoting pharmacy products to customers.

• Maintain good and professional relationships with customers.

• Perform any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by management when required.
