• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.

• Great communication and negotiation skills with the cultural awareness and sensitivity to global business practices.

• Strong problem solving and analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities and market trends.

• Knowledge of international trade processes and regulations would be added advantage.

About the Role

We’re expanding globally and looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us grow in key agri-centric markets such as South America, India, the Philippines, and Mexico across Agri and Industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Building markets & opportunities – Handle sales and business development activities across targeted countries.

• Adapting products to global needs – Gather market feedback and provide solutions to international customers and share insights to improve product-market fit.

• Supporting logistics & supply chain – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery to international markets.

• Driving international visibility – Participate in global events and exhibitions to generate leads and strengthen our business pipeline.
