Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented, confident, and proactive in approaching potential customers.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Willingness to learn about lighting products and the lighting industry.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Able to commute to the workplace in Eco Ardence, Setia Alam.

• Experience in lighting, interior design, renovation, or building materials is an added advantage.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Embun Lighting & Decoration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide professional advice on lighting products and solutions.

• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.

• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up on repeat business opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting products.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock availability, deliveries, and installation arrangements.

• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

• Keep updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.

• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
