• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in project sales, corporate B2B sales, or premium educational product sales (experience selling to schools, EdTech, or premium children's lifestyle brands is a massive advantage).

• A strong interest in or understanding of STEM/STEAM education concepts and early childhood development.

• An existing network of contacts among kindergarten operators, private/international school administrators, or enrichment centre owners is highly preferred.

• Actively identify and prospect new setup, expansion, or upgrading projects within kindergartens, private schools, international schools, enrichment/tuition centres, and premium homeschooling hubs.

• Conduct high-impact presentations to school principals, founders, boards, and procurement heads, effectively communicating how our custom STEM elements add educational value and marketing appeal to their campuses.

• Work closely with educators to understand their space constraints, developmental dynamics, and learning objectives, translating these needs into customized playground project briefs.

• Collaborate with our internal design teams to present tailored 3D layouts, technical proposals, and competitive project quotations.

• Manage long-term B2B consultative sales cycles, handle pricing objections, and negotiate contract terms to achieve monthly revenue targets.

• Maintain long-term relationships with educational group operators and key institutional influencers to secure repeat projects and word-of-mouth referrals.
