Role



Duties & Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media networking, referral and etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications before filtering to the relevant project within schedule
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and attitudes
  • On board new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship
  • Maintain and input active recruitment database
  • Be analytical and ensure recruitment reports are submitted accurately and on timely basis
  • Assist in operational quality surveys, ad-hoc project checking and feedbacks on any recruitment/project issues
  • Assist the Region Operations Manager in day-to-day Operations task for project
  • Develop and update job description and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare requirement materials and post jobs to appropriate channels

Job Requirements


  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1–2 years of working experience in retail, merchandising, FMCG or a related field.
  • Candidates with prior experience as a retail promoter, merchandiser or in a supervisory role within the FMCG industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with multilingual clients, suppliers, or associates.
  • Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented, with a positive working attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a good sense of urgency.
  • Computer-literate and comfortable using technology and digital platforms.
  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
