Responsibilities

Content Production

• Plan and produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, including simple shot lists and story ideas.
• Run photo and video shoots, handling basic framing, lighting and on-site direction.
• Edit short videos and create simple graphics using CapCut and Canva, then export platform-ready files.
• Write clear captions and propose content angles that highlight product features and campaign goals.

Social Media & Community

• Schedule and upload posts, maintain the content calendar and track asset versions in a shared sheet.
• Monitor basic post performance and report notable results or issues to the marketing lead.
• Research trending formats and competitor content to suggest timely ideas and adjustments.
• Help manage comments and messages following team guidelines and escalate opportunities when needed.

Events & Marketing Support

• Assist at product shoots, trade shows and company events by capturing content and supporting setup.
• Coordinate simple promotional materials and vendor or venue tasks as directed by the team.
• Support Flexiwall Marketing's marketing activities and complete other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
• Some hands-on experience from internships, campus projects or personal content channels is preferred.
• Available to commit to the internship period required by your institution and attend shoots or events during working hours.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Canva and CapCut with the ability to produce simple graphics and edit short videos.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook formats, captions and posting practices.
• Basic photography and short videography skills using a smartphone or entry-level camera.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets or simple scheduling tools to update a content calendar.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Creative and responsible, with a genuine interest in social media and content creation.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
• Good written communication for captions, clear feedback and concise reporting.
• Dependable, curious and willing to learn new tools and take direction from the marketing team.

Flexiwall Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Intern to support content creation and social media management. The role involves assisting with photo and video shoots, editing videos and creating graphics, preparing captions and content ideas, managing social media posts, researching trends, and supporting marketing activities and events.
