• Minimum SPM.

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

1. Marketing Administration

• Assist with day-to-day Sales & Marketing administrative work.

• Prepare, organise and maintain marketing documents, forms and records.

• Assist in compiling weekly and monthly marketing updates.

• Help prepare simple reports, lists and summaries for management review.

• Follow up and organise documents required from sales agencies and marketing partners.

2. Data Entry & Record Keeping

• Key in and update sales and marketing data into Excel / Intsoft / HIMs / company systems.

• Customer / lead databases update

3. Filing & Document Management

• Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems.

• Organise documents according to project, agency, campaign and date.

• Scan, rename and save documents into designated folders.

• Ensure important documents can be easily retrieved when required.

• Assist with maintaining a proper filing structure for Sales & Marketing.

4. Lead & Customer Data Support

• Assist in updating incoming leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, website and other marketing channels.

• Categorise and maintain lead information according to the company's requirements.

• Assist in updating lead status such as Hot / Warm / Cold / Follow-Up / Converted.

• Help ensure follow-up information is properly recorded.

5. Marketing Campaign & Event Support

• Support the team with basic coordination before and after marketing activities.
