任职资格

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 
  • Minimum 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience (experience in construction, fit-out, furniture, building materials, or project-based sales is an advantage). 
  • Strong network within property developers, contractors, consultants, or operators is preferred. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits and site meetings. 
  • Possess own transport (if required).

岗位职责

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the cinema, stadium, education, and auditorium sectors.
  • Conduct regular market visits to architects, consultants, contractors, operators, end users, and venue owners.
  • Identify upcoming projects through industry networks, site visits, and market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and projects.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable seating solutions.
  • Attend client meetings, site inspections, and project briefings.
  • Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals with internal sales and technical teams.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and provide regular updates to clients.
    Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
  • Gather client feedback to support product improvement and business strategy.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.
  • Maintain a professional company image in all external engagements.
