REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in material control, supply chain management, production planning, or a related field.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor daily material requirements based on production plans and ensure sufficient materials are available.
• Control inventory levels and monitor material usage, stock movement, and slow-moving or obsolete items.
• Follow up with suppliers on material deliveries and expedite urgent materials to prevent production delays.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Planning departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor quantity on hand (QOH), material issuance, and Material Requisition Notes (MRN).
• Update material planning, inventory records, and transactions in the ERP system.
• Prepare material shortage, excess stock, and inventory reports.
• Support stock counting, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed.
