Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications, or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, confident, responsible, and willing to learn.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.

Comfortable communicating with prospects and conducting follow-ups.

Previous experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Assist in identifying potential customers, leads, business opportunities, and partnerships.

Conduct market and competitor research to support sales and business development activities.

Support prospect outreach, follow-ups, and meeting arrangements.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and marketing materials.

Update customer databases, track sales activities, and prepare sales reports.

Support marketing campaigns, digital content, networking events, and customer engagement activities.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Business Development team.
