Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, delivery, and maintenance of business-critical API-driven platforms and modern web applications.

This role requires strong software engineering capabilities, experience in full-stack development, and a solid understanding of secure, scalable, and cloud-native application architectures.

You will collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, working closely with technical architects, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Engineering

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Develop and integrate backend services and frontend applications using modern technologies.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, maintainability, and security throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, reusable, well-structured, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high software quality.

System Architecture & Integration

• Collaborate with solution architects, UX/UI designers, and technical stakeholders to translate business and design requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and ensure proposed solutions align with application architecture and engineering standards.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and system integration activities.
• Support the development of cloud-native applications using modern architectural principles.

DevOps & Software Delivery

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Apply secure software development practices, including DevSecOps principles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support when required.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with global development teams and stakeholders across different regions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Explore emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-assisted software development tools.
• Independently manage assigned tasks, prioritize deliverables, and meet project deadlines.

Technical Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend application development.
• Experience with React.js for frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of REST API design, development, and integration.
• Experience building and deploying secure cloud-native applications.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment practices.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-assisted software engineering tools.
• Proven experience in software engineering, application development, or full-stack development.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and application architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience developing modern web applications and backend services.
• Good understanding of cloud-native application development, scalability, and security.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software deployment processes.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and DevSecOps principles.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in software development or software engineering.
• Strong teamwork, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multinational and cross-regional environment.
