We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and results-driven Senior Executive Retail & Operations to spearhead boutique/outlet performance. Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Performance Management

• Drive store-wide profitability, consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs.
• Analyze key retail metrics including Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), Units Per Transaction (UPT), and foot traffic patterns to formulate targeted up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.

2. Leadership, Coaching & Talent Development

• Supervise, mentor, and foster the professional growth of retail sales associates and part-time personnel.
• Lead daily huddles and structured training sessions focusing on brand ethos, seasonal product knowledge, loss prevention, and advanced styling techniques.

3. Visual Merchandising & Inventory Integrity

• Uphold global brand guidelines across visual merchandising displays, window installations, and mannequin styling to maximize visual appeal and drive foot traffic.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts, minimizing shrinkage and maintaining optimal stock accuracy.

4. Clienteling & Customer Experience Excellence

• Spearhead personalized styling and high-touch customer service initiatives to cultivate long-term brand loyalty and expand the VIP customer base.
• Proactively manage and resolve escalated customer service inquiries, ensuring a seamless and premium shopping experience.

5. Strategic Planning & Commercial Initiatives

• Collaborate with management to plan and execute seasonal campaigns, VIP nights, and large-scale warehouse sales events.
• Provide actionable feedback to headquarters regarding regional fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.

6. Operational Efficiency & Financial Control

• Manage strategic staff scheduling and roster forecasting to align staffing levels seamlessly with peak traffic hours and labor budget constraints.
• Oversee comprehensive cash management protocols, daily reconciliations, end-of-day closing, and audit compliance with zero discrepancies.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of progressive retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory, keyholder, or senior sales capacity within fashion retail.
• Core Competencies: Advanced commercial awareness, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and robust team leadership skills.
• Personal Attributes: Passionate about fashion trends, target-driven, hands-on, highly adaptable, and willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Availability: Able to commence work by Immediately in 2026.

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
