Financial Management:

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations

Accounting Operations:

• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate daily accounting activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing
• Oversee bank reconciliations and financial controls

Analysis & Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting
• Support audit processes and work with external auditors
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making

Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop the finance team
• Establish accounting policies and procedures
• Ensure staff training and professional development
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
