General Managers (Open-Pit Mining/Quarrying- Bauxite/Iron Ore/Limestone) - Kuantan

Must have experience with the operations, technical, and legal aspects of mining/quarrying in Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Lead open pit mining, processing, maintenance, contractors, and site teams in Pahang.
• Deliver production, product quality, safety, and cost targets.
• Oversee mine planning, pit stability, haul roads, drainage, and logistics
• Keep operations within Malaysian and Pahang licences, approved plans, and environmental and safety requirements; manage inspections and reporting.

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years in open pit mining or quarrying, including site leadership.
• Strong operational and technical knowledge of mine planning, equipment, and mineral processing.
• Proven experience managing mining approvals and regulatory compliance in Malaysia.
• Experience in bauxite, iron ore, limestone, or similar minerals; bauxite washing experience preferred.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM225,000.00 per month
