• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to conduct independent research.

• Research property market supply and demand in different areas.
• Collect and organise market data from property platforms and other sources.
• Analyse the number and types of properties available in the market.
• Track rental and selling prices and identify pricing trends.
• Study competitors and similar property projects.
• Identify potential market opportunities and risks.
• Assist the team in identifying potential property investment opportunities based on market data.
