Marketing & Content Intern (E-Commerce & Live)Role Summary

This role combines marketing communication, content creation, live hosting, and e-commerce support. The position focuses on building brand presence, driving online engagement, and supporting sales performance through digital content, live streaming, and platform management. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to branding, social media marketing, and online retail operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Communication

• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and corporate communication content
• Support branding consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
• Draft write-ups for campaigns, product launches, and company activities

2. Content Creation & Social Media

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Shopee, and social media platforms
• Develop creative concepts and stay updated with trending content formats
• Manage and schedule content on social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Assist with basic design work using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
• Track engagement performance and support monthly reporting

3. Live Streaming & Sales Support

• Host live sessions on TikTok Live and Shopee Live to promote and sell products
• Actively engage with audience through comments, Q&A, and interactive activities
• Review live performance and suggest improvements
• Keep updated with live streaming trends and platform features

4. E-Commerce Platform Support

• Assist in updating product listings, descriptions, photos, and pricing
• Support content optimisation for Shopee and Lazada stores
• Help track customer inquiries, order issues, and sales performance

5. Event & Operational Support

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, exhibitions, and company activities
• Prepare event materials, registration lists, and photo/video documentation
• Support general marketing documentation and coordination with vendors or internal teams

Requirements

• Fresh Graduates are welcomed!
• Comfortable on camera, cheerful, confident, and talkative personality
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools are an advantage
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Creative, proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
