Job Overview

An established engineering solutions company is looking for motivated individuals to join its sales team.

This role focuses on B2B sales, business development and client relationship management, with opportunities to work with technical products and project-based business opportunities.

The position offers a combination of client engagement, field sales, lead generation and technical product exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads and sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors and building owners.
• Arrange and conduct client visits, meetings and product presentations.
• Promote electrical, electronic and engineering-related solutions.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations and project opportunities.
• Assist with project tender submissions and sales documentation.
• Monitor sales pipelines and provide regular sales updates.
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, roadshows and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

For Sales Engineer:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in technical sales, engineering solutions and business development.

For Technical Sales / Sales & Marketing Executive:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, marketing or business development.
• Experience in electrical, electronic, industrial or engineering-related industries will be an advantage.

General Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales and client relationship management.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with field-based sales activities and regular client visits.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000
• Car Allowance: RM300
• Phone Allowance: RM150
• Toll & Parking Allowance: RM100 (RM200 upon confirmation)
• Petrol Card: RM400
• Monthly sales commission upon confirmation.
• Additional quarterly sales incentives based on performance.
• Product and technical training provided.
