A company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who is proficient in Mandarin to join its team. This opportunity is suitable for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, talent sourcing, and human resource management.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
• Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in massive recruitment and/or manufacturing recruitment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
