Manage IBM z/OS communication environments. Support IBM Communications Server, including TCP/IP, VTAM, and SNA. Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity and communication protocols. Work with TCP/IP, FTP, TN3270, and related services. Monitor system performance and resolve communication issues. Support connectivity between mainframes and distributed systems. Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes. Troubleshoot network sessions, connection failures, and communication errors. Coordinate with mainframe, network, security, and infrastructure teams.
