Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Metallurgy & Materials, or related field.

3 years’ experience in testing or quality roles in steel forging / heavy manufacturing (fresh grads welcome!).

Strong knowledge of mechanical testing, metallurgical principles, and standards (ASTM, ISO, ASME, EN, API).

Experience with NDT methods (Level I/II preferred).

Good with technical documentation, problem-solving, and communication.

Passion for quality, detail, and learning new things.

Conduct mechanical tests like tensile, hardness, impact, and fatigue on forged steel components.

Perform or coordinate non-destructive testing (UT, MT, PT, RT).

Review test results to ensure products meet international standards (ASTM, ISO, ASME, EN).

Prepare clear, accurate test reports and quality documentation.

Investigate test failures and help improve product quality.

Collaborate with production and metallurgical teams to make products even better.

Support customer inspections, audits, and third-party certifications.

Keep testing equipment calibrated and in top condition.

Follow safety, quality, and environmental rules at all times.
