• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in any field/Technical college education/Vocational college.

• At least 1-2 years working experience in related field

• Must be able to handle long working hours when required.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.

• Good working attitude and strong learning ability.

• Work carefully and have a sense of responsibility.

• Independent and can work with minimal supervision.

• Team Player, Positive thinker, IT literate with multi-tasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skill (English and Bahasa Melayu)

- Coordinate & liase with crane operator

- Update attendance and employee ( working crane and operator)

- Keep track on maintenance record

- Update on DO and quotation record/inquiry

- Daily operator arrangement / replacement (Monday-Sunday/PH)

- Manage crane operator daily attendance include (OT's, Leaves, Recruitment, Request)

- Report on crane operator disciplinary issues

- To liase with client regarding queries, problems, breakdown, documents, safety and complaints

- Monitor and keep track of all company documents such as OYK, roadtax, insurance on upcoming expiry date.

- Ad-hoc tasks regarding of operational activities.
