任职资格

  •  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  •  Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

岗位职责

  •  Assist the customer service team with day-to-day operations.
  • Dispatch invoices, delivery orders (DO), and credit notes (CN) to customers promptly and accurately.
  • Update and key in catalogue and marketing material distribution.
  •   Filing of commercial documentation e.g. invoice, DO and customer PO.
