About the role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily store and warehouse operations in our manufacturing facility. The role involves supervising store personnel, managing inventory, coordinating material flow, and ensuring materials are available for production. The ideal candidate should have good leadership and organizational skills, with experience in store or warehouse management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily store and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Supervise store personnel and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient materials for production.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Planning, and other departments on material requirements.
• Check incoming materials, quantities, documents, and item conditions.
• Conduct regular stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and arrangement of materials and goods.
• Ensure materials are issued to production accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and housekeeping standards.

About you

• Preferably Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supervising store or warehouse personnel.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and inventory/warehouse systems.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Mandarin speaker candidates will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
