About Our Client

Our client is an established logistics and freight forwarding company providing comprehensive cargo transportation and supply chain solutions. With an international business network and headquarters in China, the company supports businesses in managing their shipping and logistics needs efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales activities and manage customer accounts.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Plan daily sales calls and activities to achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on sales opportunities.
• Submit weekly sales reports and update sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the finance team on payment collection and provide after-sales support.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates with a Degree in Logistics are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of sales or marketing experience are preferred.
• Experience in freight forwarding, cargo or logistics is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with the China headquarters.
