About the Role

Gain practical experience in supporting our company online digital marketing campaigns across Social Media Platforms. Students, fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply.

Candidates may indicate a preference for E-Commerce Operations, Marketing & Content Creation, or both. Responsibilities can be tailored to your interests, strengths and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and update product listings, descriptions, images and prices.

· Assist with campaigns set up, promotions, vouchers, bundle etc.

· Monitor sales and store performance, and research competitor pricing and promotions.

· Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate product information and support campaign execution.

· Create product visuals, social media posts and short videos.

· Assist with promotional campaigns and digital advertising.

· Support creator and affiliate coordination.

· Track content engagement and campaign results, and contribute ideas for improvement.

· Support content ideation and generation for weekly social media content calendars.

· Assist in preparing marketing and strategy decks to support business growth plans.

· Organise and maintain past consultancy service contracts and related documentation.

· Support the team in planning and executing exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.

· Assist with website updates, digital campaigns, and analytics reporting as needed.

Requirements

· Open to students, fresh graduates and career changers from any discipline.

· Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, social media

· Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Canva, Excel or video editing skills are an advantage.

· Proactive, organised, attentive to detail and willing to learn. No prior industry experience required.
