Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.

At least 1–2 years of working experience in sales, business development or customer relationship management is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Able to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Fresh graduates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

Promote and present the company's products or services to potential customers.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, proposals and customer requests.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company sales performance.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors and market opportunities.

Prepare sales reports, customer updates and sales forecasts for management review.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer feedback and resolve sales-related issues professionally.

Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the management.
