Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Enhance existing AI Chat Assistant capabilities and develop new features/tools
• Improve UI/UX flows, wireframes, and user journeys
• Identify user pain points and recommend product improvements
• Validate features through user testing and feedback
• Create workflow, process, and system diagrams where needed
Build scalable solutions that can support growing business and user needs

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience with Python and React
• Understanding of LLMs, AI Assistants, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agent concepts
• Familiar with databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and API integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with graph visualization and diagramming tools (Mermaid, *************, Neo4j, Visio, etc.)
• Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, MCP, or agent frameworks
Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
