Our client is looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead student acquisition strategy, drive revenue performance, and manage end-to-end digital campaigns. The Role
A strategic and hands-on position leading multi-channel marketing to drive enrolment and revenue performance.

• Define and deliver marketing strategy to grow student enrolment across multiple campuses and intakes
• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond
• Manage website performance including UX improvements, landing pages, and conversion tracking
• Lead SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and improve lead quality
• Leverage GA4, GTM, and reporting dashboards to monitor campaigns and maximise ROI

What We're Looking For
A data-driven marketing leader with strong digital expertise and a sharp commercial edge.

• 7-10 years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a management role
• Proven performance marketing results across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Confident managing large marketing budgets with a clear focus on ROI
• Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions
