• Mandarin speaker is mandatory for this position.

• Able to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to manage customer relationships effectively.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive sales and marketing activities, identify potential customers and projects, and develop strong customer relationships within the building materials industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing efforts, including identifying potential customers and projects.

• Initiate customer visits, perform site surveys and prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts.

• Follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance with the company's pricing policies.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting customers with their project requirements and enquiries.

• Identify customers' needs and offer suitable solutions through the company's products and services.
