Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
• Promote and sell confinement centre packages and services.
• Attend to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving complaints.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the HOD/Management.

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Customer-oriented, friendly, and professional.
• Strong follow-up and sales skills with the ability to achieve targets.
• Able to handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and WhatsApp.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends/public holidays when required.
