Develop and maintain diverse business channels, including direct clients, local trading enterprises, cross-border e-commerce players, China-invested enterprises in Malaysia, local freight forwarders and international agents. Participate in logistics exhibitions and industry events, organize client visits and marketing activities to generate business leads and enhance local market influence.

Lead team building and management for the marketing department, covering recruitment, on-the-job coaching, performance appraisal and incentive implementation. Decompose market and customer-acquisition objectives, clarify team responsibilities, control marketing budgets, and take overall accountability for team performance results.

Conduct research on Malaysia’s local logistics market, monitor sea and air freight rates, competitor updates, industry policies as well as import and export regulatory requirements. Analyze target customer groups, formulate annual and quarterly marketing strategies and implementation plans, and submit regular market analysis reports to support decision-making for the branch and group management.

Submit timely status reports. Support key projects by preparing business proposals and providing quotation-related documentation.
