To provide the intern with practical exposure to HR technology, AI adoption, digitalisation, and IT operations, while contributing to key HR & IT projects and process improvements within the organisation.

Area(s)

Job Responsibilities

1. HRIS System Integration

Support the implementation and integration of the new HRIS system, including coordinate data preparation, documentation, and user support.

2. AI Culture & Digital Adoption

Support initiatives to build an AI-enabled culture and create promotional/awareness videos to encourage employee adoption.

3. IT Process Improvement

Review existing IT processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

4. IT Support & Documentation

Assist with basic IT support, troubleshooting, system documentation, and maintenance of IT-related records.

5. Ad Hoc IT Support

Support other IT, digitalisation, and technology-related duties as assigned by the HR & IT teams.
