Requirements

Able to communicate with English and Bahasa Malaysia
Bachelor's degree in related field especially optometrists or nursing background.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals
Knowledge of relevant software applications and CRM systems

Responsibility

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products and services
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
