Order Delivery & Table Routing: Experience in F&B table service, with strong awareness of floor layouts and speed in delivering hot food and beverages accurately.

Communication & Guest Interaction: Ability to interact politely with guests, communicate basic order details in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and relay customer requests to floor crew.

Physical Stamina & Agility: Capacity to stand, walk continuously, and carry loaded food trays and drink saucers safely during rush hours.

Health & Food Safety Compliance: High standard of personal hygiene and possession of (or willingness to obtain) a certified Food Handler Certificate and typhoid vaccination.

Teamwork & Speed: Energetic and attentive team player focused on rapid table bussing and supporting floor readiness.

Prompt & Accurate Order Delivery: Pick up cooked dishes, toast, eggs, and drinks from kitchen and beverage counters immediately upon preparation and deliver them quickly to the correct table numbers.

Order Verification: Double-check food order chits against table items before serving to ensure correct dish variations, special dietary requests, and condiments are matched accurately.

Table Clearing & Bussing: Clear empty cups, dirty plates, saucers, and food remnants promptly after patrons leave to ensure fast table turnover during busy peak hours.

Service Station Maintenance: Keep condiment stations fully stocked with items like light/dark soy sauce, white pepper, chili paste, napkins, trays, and clean cutlery.

Floor Hygiene & Communication: Maintain floor cleanliness by wiping down tables and clearing spills immediately, while relaying customer feedback or missing order requests directly to kitchen and FOH staff.
