Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily inbound warehouse operations, including receiving and unloading incoming goods.
• Check incoming goods against delivery orders, invoices and other relevant documents.
• Verify the quantity, item codes and condition of received goods.
• Perform data entry and update inbound transaction records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Arrange and label incoming goods according to warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers and relevant departments to ensure smooth receiving operations.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods or missing items to the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when checking goods and documents.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work in a team.
• Physically fit to support daily warehouse activities, where required.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, receiving or inventory operations will be an advantage.

Work Schedule:
- 5 hari kerja, 2 hari cuti / 6 hari kerja , 1 hari cuti (Auto OT setiap hari)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
