We are looking for an Event Manager to plan and deliver client events from initial briefing through to on-site execution. You will coordinate clients, vendors, budgets, logistics, and event teams to ensure each event is delivered smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate events, product launches, brand activations, roadshows, award nights, and press conferences.
• Prepare event concepts, run-of-show, floor plans, timelines, and production plans.
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for AV, staging, F&B, décor, photography, and printing.
• Manage event budgets, cost tracking, and post-event reconciliation.
• Work with the Creative Director on event theming, branding, and visual direction.
• Coordinate emcees, speakers, performers, and event crew.
• Oversee on-site logistics and event execution.
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning and post-event process.
• Coordinate photography/video coverage and post-event content requirements.
• Build and maintain good relationships with event vendors and partners.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of event management experience, either agency or in-house.
• Experience handling medium to large-scale events and managing event budgets.
• Good understanding of event vendors, venues, AV, F&B, décor, and production.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Able to work calmly and solve problems in a fast-paced event environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel.

Nice to Have

• Experience with corporate teambuilding or HRDF-related events.
• Good network within the event and production industry.
• Experience coordinating event photography, video, or social media content.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
