Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & word.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.

Job Scope:

• Sales Support & Coordination
  Assist sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  Coordinate between sales reps, customers, and internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing).
  Maintain updated customer records and sales databases (CRM).
• Order Processing
  Process purchase orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
  Track order status and coordinate with logistics/warehouse for delivery.
  Follow up with customers on order confirmation, shipment, and invoicing.
• Customer Service
  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face.
  Handle complaints, returns, and requests efficiently.
  Provide after-sales support to strengthen client relationships.
• Sales Reporting & Documentation
  Prepare sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review.
  Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance data.
  Ensure sales contracts and agreements are properly documented.
• Team & Administrative Support
  Organize sales meetings, presentations, and schedules.
  Support marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions when needed.
  Assist with sales training materials and coordination.
