Minimum SPM qualification.

Experience in a clinic is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an advantage.

Basic computer skills.

Responsible, punctual and hardworking.

Friendly and willing to learn.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Able to work in a 24-hour clinic environment.

Attend to patients and handle registration.

Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.

Record patients' vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, etc.).

Assist with medication dispensing and stock management.

Perform basic clinical procedures (blood taking, ECG, urine tests, etc.).

Handle payments, billing and daily administrative tasks.

Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene.

Ensure proper documentation and patient records.

Perform other duties assigned by management.
