Responsibilities:-

1.Facilities maintenance Support:

• To assist HOS, Chargeman and Executive to execute electrical and mechanical repair work and troubleshooting related to facilities equipment such as cooling tower, compressor, overhead crane, firefighting, air conditioning, lighting, substation job and building.
• To conduct periodical inspection and preventive maintenance for facilities equipment and related as per scheduled such as cooling tower, compressor, overhead crane, firefighting, air conditioning unit, lighting and building.
• To assist HOS, chargeman and executive to monitor building project such as renovation, building repair work (roof, gutter, drain, floor, piping, road, etc.), domestic wiring work.
• To conduct daily inspection and start up equipment such as cooling tower and compressor, monitor the abnormalities and carry out in-house repair for minor problem or inform immediate superior which require 3rd party expert for repair or equipment's supplier to make good the defect.
• To attend on-call for equipment breakdown during night shift production (Overhead crane, compressor, cooling tower, power supply).
• Monitor spare part stock level and inform supervisor to place new order for low stock spare parts.

2. Documentation:

• ·To conduct monthly periodical inspection and compilation check sheet for all equipment related.
• ·To update daily report on FM activities in log book, highlight problem need attention to do immer and highlight spare parts need to order (All).
• ·Compilation monthly FM activities and prepare data for MCM report (Supervisor/Leader).
• ·Issue ePR in BAAN system for spare parts ordering and service job (Supervisor/Leader).

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technician: 1 year (Required)
