Join Our Modern Medical Team as a Clinical Support Specialist (Science Background Preferred!)

Disclaimer: This is a job at a private clinic, NOT a lab. You will handle alot of clinic related tasks. And starting pay is RM2200 with lots of benefits. If you need higher starting salary, this job is NOT for you.

• Degree/diploma in Biomedical Science, Health Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior clinical experience is a bonus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Comfortable using computer systems and patient management software

• Passionate about healthcare and patient wellbeing

• Able to work flexible hours or shifts, if needed (between 8am-10pm only)

• Able to work in both locations (Bukit OUG and Desa Petaling)

• Phlebotomy skills is a plus

• Assist in preparing patients for consultations or procedures

• Support doctors and nurses with basic clinical tasks (e.g., taking vitals, preparing samples, organizing supplies)

• Maintain accurate and organized medical records and documentation

• Manage patient flow and appointments using the clinic’s system

• Perform specimen handling and coordination with laboratories

• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests (FBC, UFEME, Dengue Rapid Test, Influenza Rapid Test, HIV Rapid Test, etc)

• Provide front-desk and phone support when needed

• Ensure all rooms and instruments are cleaned and prepared between patients

• Uphold high standards of confidentiality, hygiene, and professionalism

• Assist in daily clinic operations (training and guidance provided)
