1. On-Camera Performance & Persona Development

• Act as the primary on-camera host for short-form videos, live streams, and brand campaigns across platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook).

• Refine and consistently project a distinct, engaging personal brand identity, tone of voice, and visual style that aligns with our core audience.

2. Content Ideation & Viral Strategy

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm high-impact hooks, trends, and topics that resonate with our target audience.

• Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates) and iterate strategies based on platform algorithm shifts.

3. Community Building & Monetisation

• Foster deep audience connection through comment interaction, community management, and direct-message funnels.

• Drive the commercial success of the IP by supporting monetisation goals, including community nurturing, lead generation, and product or service conversion.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with videographers, editors, and scriptwriters to ensure production efficiency and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.

• Represent the brand in external collaborations, guest appearances, or special promotional events.
