任职资格

  • 拥有至少15年银行业、租赁业或金融服务行业相关工作经验。

  • 至少3年高级管理层工作经验。

  • 具备丰富的抵押贷款（Secured Loans）及资产融资（Asset-Based Financing）产品经验。

  • 拥有广泛的中小企业（SME）、商业银行及本地企业客户资源与业务关系网络。

  • 具备设备租赁、设备出租及设备融资业务经验者优先考虑。

  • 具备供应商融资项目（Vendor Financing Programmes）及战略合作伙伴关系管理经验者尤佳。

岗位职责

  • 制定并执行业务发展战略，以扩大商业贷款（Business Loan）、经营租赁（Operating Lease）及设备融资（Equipment Financing）业务组合。

  • 开发及维护与中小企业（SME）、商业银行客户及本地企业客户的业务关系。

  • 领导、辅导并培养高绩效业务团队。
